Rheumatoid Nodules;
Seen in ?% of patients with RA.
Formed of ? inflammatory tissue, they occur over ? ? at sites of recurrent ? stress.

They are associated with underlying ?, and vary in size from a few millimetres to centimetres in diameter.
They are more common in ?, and only occur in ? disease

Vasculitis;
?-fold infarcts seen due to cutaneous vasculitis.

30-40% have ? involvement, mainly subclinically, although pericardial ? can occur.
Patients with RA have a higher rates of ?, so have higher rates

The kidneys;
Associated ? can lead to ? syndrome and renal failure.
