Tendinopathy of the common ?-? origin, just ? to the bony prominence of the ? epicondyle.
It is caused by recurrent ?, such as golf swings placing ? stress on the elbow joint.

Pain develops ? over a period of weeks to months, exacerbated by ? and settling with ?.
The pain can be very severe, and can radiate ?/? the arm, especially when using affected muscles, e.g. ? a tray.

On examination there is ? around the medial epicondyle, and pain
triggered by resisted ? of the hand.
There should be normal ? ? ?, and no ? symptoms such as tingling/? (if so, consider ulnar nerve ?).

Mx
Simple analgesia (?s) and rest (? modification).
Referral to ? (strengthening exercises).
Epicondylar ? (provided by the ? department).

NSAID activity physio clasp splint steroid
Mx
? of the joint if all of the above has been unsuccessful, to rule out ??.
If conservative measures fail, a golfer’s elbow ? can be performed surgically (removal of abnormal looking ? from the ?), with a
success rate of over ?%.
