-diuretics like thiazide and NSAIDs→ decrease GFR and clearance of lithium therefore increase lithium levels

atrialization of the right ventricle occurs as well as ASD and tricuspid valve defects

- causes GI symptoms [nausea , vomiting ,diarrhea]
