A
  • Stemi with a 12hour onset of symptoms where PPCI is NOT available

What are the typical doses

A
  • Admin a bolus of Heparin before first dose, flush the cannula well or use a different site
  • Note the time of the first dose
  • Second dose 30mins after first
  • <18yr old - 10ml
  • Second dose - 10ml
