  • Pre filled shrine containing 1mg adrenaline in 10ml (1:10000)

Typical dose

A

Cardiac arrest Shockable Rhythm

  • After 3rd Shock, then alternate shocks 5th, 7th etc
  • 1:10000

Cardiac Arrest Non Shockable Rhythm

  • Immediately then every 3-5 minutes after
  • 1:10000

Anaphalaxis and Life Threatening Asthma

  • 500mcg every 5minutes
  • 1:1000

  • Severe Hypertension in pts on Beta blockers
  • fast or pounding heartbeats;
  • pale skin, sweating;
  • nausea and vomiting;
  • dizziness;
  • weakness or tremors;
  • throbbing headache; or
  • feeling nervous, anxious, or fearful.
