Toxic substances control act (TSCA)
Passed in 1976 and assumes most chemicals are safe unless proven otherwise, common chemicals in use such as pesticides and many personal care products are not regulated under this act
Infertility definition
Lack of pregnancy for up to 12 months (under 35) or 6 months (over 35) despite having unprotected sexual intercourse in each of those months with the same partner
