what is cyanosis caused by?
hypoxemia
what would you notice while percussing in a resp assessment?
a hyper-resonant sound
what are crackles caused by?
mucus or fluid in the airways
what are some other abnormal physical assessment findings?
muscle weakness, muscle wasting, cachexia and clubbing
