How do you move from clean config to CONF1+f?
Move flap lever from 0 to 1 when less than 100kts

Why is Flap 3 landing recommended in windy conditions?
Because CONF FULL is double (A319 and A320 NEO) or nearly double (A320 CEO) the angle of CONF 3, so there is a significantly higher level of drag in CONF FULL, and also in CONF3 you have to fly faster for the lift, so this gives a greater energy to react

What are the differences between SFCC1 and SFCC2?
They are identical
What is the makeup of an SFCC?
There is a Flap channel and a Slat channel, and each of these channels has two separate lanes, lane 1 and lane 2.

The lanes look at where the lever is, and where the flap/slat actually is
Do you get flaps/slats slow with an SFCC failure?
Yes, because only one of the two motors is powering the differential gearbox which moves the control surfaces

What does F/CTL FLAPS SYS 1 FAULT mean?
The flap channel only of SFCC 1 has a fault, so flaps still available via SFCC 2
What do wing tip brakes do?
When flaps move in a way that isn’t appropriate (eg. asymmetrically, uncommanded etc), wing tip brakes lock the flaps or slats in position
What does FLAPS LOCKED mean?
Wing tip brakes have activated and locked them in the current position
