- Hyperkalemia: lethargy, confusion, ataxia, muscle cramps, cardiac arrhymias
- Androgen effects: hirsutism, gynecomastia, deepening of voice, irregular menses

-Salicylates: decreased diuretic effect, dose adjustment may be needed
