Cautions
A
- Any condition that would be aggravated by the anticholinergic effects of the drug
- Not for acute episodes, required immediate intervention
- Pregnancy/lactation

Adverse effects
A
- Related to the anticholinergic effects of the drug
- Dizziness, headache, fatigue, nervousness, dry mouth, sore throat, palpitations, and urinary retention
- Paradoxical bronchoconstriction

- History: allergy to drug, atropine, anticholinergics, conditions that are cautioned against, pregnancy/lactation
