NOTE:
“Σαββατοκύριακο” is a neuter noun, not a masculine noun. The definite article agrees with the gender, number, and case of the noun it refers to.
The correct form is “ένας” and not “ένος” because “ένας” is the nominative singular form of the masculine indefinite article, which is used when the noun is the subject of the sentence.
In your sentence, “ένας συνάδελφος” (a colleague) is the subject of the verb “έρχεται” (is coming).
The form “ένος” would be the genitive case, which is used to show possession or relationship, not for the subject of a sentence.
