**ΝΟΤΕ:**
We write 'στον πρώτο' because we refer to a road, AKA 'δρόμο', which is a masculine word.

“σε ένα” means “to a” and is used when referring to an unspecified pharmacy, indicating that you want to go to any pharmacy.
“στο” is a contraction of “σε το” (to the) and is used when referring to a specific or known location. “στο ένα φαρμακείο” would translate to “to the one pharmacy,” which implies a very specific pharmacy, something you generally wouldn’t say unless you’re referring to a unique or previously mentioned pharmacy.

NOTE
The sentence above really means, ‘There’s a lot for you to do’.
Therefore, you can write the sentence in as many different ways are there are persons in conjugation:
First person singular:
“Έχει πολλά να κάνω.” (There is a lot for me to do.)
Second person plural:
“Έχει πολλά να κάνετε.” (There is a lot for you to do. - plural or formal)
Third person singular:
“Έχει πολλά να κάνει.” (There is a lot for him/her/it to do.)
First person plural:
“Έχει πολλά να κάνουμε.” (There is a lot for us to do.)
Third person plural:
“Έχει πολλά να κάνουν.” (There is a lot for them to do.)
I have a lot to do.
‘Εχω πολλά να κάνω.
You walk too fast.
Περπατάς πάρα πολύ γρήγορα.
I know I’m walking too fast but I have a lot to do downtown.

Again, remember to join words together when the last vowel of the first and the first vowel of the second are the same !!!
