What is Osmosis?
A
Movement of water molecules across a partially permeable membrane from a less concentrated solution to a more concentrated solution

What molecules can pass through it ?
A
Tiny molecules like water but bigger molecules cannot

What happens during Osmosis?
A
Water molecules move from a less concentrated solution to a more concentrated solution, more concentrated solution is more dilute
