3rd, if no employees meet the above criteria, then the respective BC identifies an employee and gets it approved by the Shift Commander.
Who can do training OCA’s?
Employee’s meeting the minimum qualifications to take the promotional exam for the higher rank in which they would OCA.
Operational OCA’s should be given out how?
Rotational order, with priority given to Regular-Duty personnel.
