- Posterior
- Anterior
- Medial
- Lateral
What occurs in posterior dislocation of the elbow?
The ulna and radius move posteriorly to the humerus
What occurs in anterior dislocation of the elbow?
The ulna and radius move anteriorly to the humerus

How is elbow dislocation managed?
Reduction under sedation
What is the rehabilitation pathway in elbow dislocation?
Post reduction, 2 weeks of wearing a sling and rehab is required
How is elbow dislocation reduced?
The reduction method used is traction is extension ± pressure over the olecranon
