This is the inflammation of the long head of the biceps tendon

A
- Pain in anterior shoulder radiating to elbow
- Snapping with shoulder movement is subluxation
- Pain aggravated by shoulder flexion, forearm pronation and elbow flexion

“Pop-eye” sign (Lump in arm) and extensive bruising
