Which medications make up the “coma cocktail”?
Thiamine, glucose, and naloxone.
Standard Narcan Dose
Administration of 0.1 to 0.4 mg IV, IM, or intranasally is both diagnostic and therapeutic.
What is the toxic dose of lidocaine?
5 mg/kg (7 mg/kg with epinephrine).

50% given in first eight hours; 50% given in next 16 hours.

0.5 - 1 mL/kg/h in adults
1 - 2 mL/kg/h in children
