What is collaboration
Defined as two or more individuals working toward a common goal by combining their skills and knowledge to avoid duplication of effort

A behavior lasting 6 months and plays out in a form of verbal attacks, refusal to help, speaking negatively or taunting or isolating

develop code of conduct that outlines unacceptable behavior
promote 0 tolerance
Encorage to report bullying without fear or consequences
create environment which respect is fostered
Assure reports of bullying are taken seriously
