general features of Behcet’s disease

A
3 severe mouth ulcer /yr
kissing ulcers on genitals 
red halo around ulcers
skin rashes
eye signs
arthralgia 
GI ulceration 
CNS probs
vein thrombosis 
pulmonary artery aneurysms (can rupture + be fatal)

subcut abrasion

check wheal in 48 hrs , see if 5mm+
