A

muscle pain, fatigue, weakness
bilateral proximal muscle weakness
shoulder + pelvic girdle
develops over weeks

Gottron papules (scaly erythematous patches on knuckles, elbows, knees)
photosensitive erythematous rash
purple rash on face and eyelids
