Vegetable broth fasting:
A
- ‘The gentlest of fasts’.
- Ideal for those who are new to fasting or have lowered vitality.
- Provides the body with minerals which balance and neutralise toxins in the body.
- Vegetable broth is very alkalising.
- Supports cleansing via the kidneys, is gentle and nourishing on the digestive system.
- Vegetable broth fasting can be combined with saunas, dry skin brushing, colon hydrotherapy or enemas to enhance cleansing.

Recipe: Ingredients and Instructions
A
- Vegetable broth ingredients:
o 4 potatoes with skin
o 10 sticks of celery
o 4 medium-sized carrots
o 4 large onions
o 4‒5 cloves of garlic
o Do not add salt - Instructions:
o Fill a pot with purified water, enough to cover all vegetables.
o Bring to the boil; then reduce heat to simmer. Cover pot to keep the steam inside.
o Simmer for about two hours.
o Use the broth only —not the vegetables.

o Potatoes with skin —potassium, vitamin C.
o Celery—antioxidant, vitamins K, C, B6.
o Carrots—high source of antioxidants, especially beta-carotene.
o Onions—improve immunity, reduce inflammation.
o Garlic —blood purifier, anti-bacterial, anti-parasitic, antioxidant. - Drink at least 1 litre of broth throughout the day (warm).
- Also include at least two more litres of purified water daily.
- Duration: 3–10 days (don’t eat solid food during the fast).
