    Benefits:
  • Highest percentage of minerals per calorie
  • High in chlorophyll (which is magnesium-abundant) – alkalizing, blood building, anti-cancer, gut healing, cleansing
  • High in carotenoids (antioxidants), calcium and magnesium
  • Most are cruciferous (except spinach) so contain ‘glucosinolates’
