- Hypogonadism/infertility
- Galactorrhoea
- DA agonists (bromocriptine/cabergoline) are used

A
- Acromegaly - bony enlargement etc.
- Diabetes or impaired glucose tolerance
- DA agonists/long-acting octreotide/radiotherapy/resection

- 24-hour urinary free cortisol
- Overnight dexamethasone suppression test
