A
- Headache (especially morning headache)
- Nausea and vomiting
- Drowsiness
- Decreased GCS
- Visual field defects
- Papilloedema
- Hyper-reflexia
- Seizures
- Focal neuro deficit

What are the general principles of management of brain tumours?
A
- Reduce cerebral oedema (steroids)
- Surgery (if solitary)
- Radio therapy (chemo doesn’t cross BBB)
