- Highly pruritic rash, worse in winter (dry) and summer (sweaty)
- Atopic triad
- Scaly, dry, erythematous rash on flexural surfaces

A
- Avoid irritants (perfumes, hot water)
- Regular emollient
- Topical steroid
- Treatment of suprainfections
- PUVA
- Systemic immunosuppression

What are the general features on presentation of psoriasis?
A
- Insidious-onset, worsening rash +/- arthritis
- Erythematous plaque rash with extensive silvery scale
- Extensor distribution, well demarcated, mildly pruritic

- Minimal scale, glazed appearance
