- Pseudocyst (haemorrhage and necrosis)
- Pancreatic ascites
- Hypocalcaemia (saponification)
- Shock

- Smoking
- Long-term diabetes or high-fat diet
- Diagnosed on biopsy (sometimes CEA, Ca19-9 markers)

- Extra-hepatic development common (local invasion)
- Intra-hepatic development more likely to invade peri-neurally
