Did Edward have a good relationship with Parliament?
A
The relationship didn’t change much.
Easier time than Mary- already P mainly. P MP’s in the Commons supported the direction of travel.
This meant they weren’t a lot of issues and they did he bidding.

What did he use Parliament to do?
A
Speed up religious change to P faith- Protestant Reformation (more radical than father).

What was his Lord Protectors Role?
A
They mainly dealt with Parliament and the political side but Edward had to agree. This allowed manipulation of the boy king. e.g. Key Legislation like 1549 Act of Uniformity was established by Somerset and had his influence and introduction of laws to stop enclosure of land by landlords.
