Radial pulse - under thumb, Carotid pulse - alongside outer edge of trachea, Popliteal artery - behind knee.

Measured using a cuff or sphygmomanometer.

What are Systolic and Diastolic Pressure?
A
Systolic - max pressure during ventricular contraction
Diastolic - the lowest pressure before the ventricles contract.
