Trip the circuit breaker and lodge a tmm
What is the speed restriction for skidding wheels?
No faster then 5km/h
If leading wheels are skidding, what is the procedure?
We can no longer move forward and can only set back
If skidding wheels has occurred, what is the speed over the affected track until the track has been recertified as fit for use?
15km/h
With an isolated bogie, what is the speed restrictions below 60km/h?
There is no speed restriction
With an isolated bogie what is the speed restriction above 60km/h?
10km/h slower then the track speed
If the number of bogies isolated reduce braking by 50/80% what is the speed procedure?
Train must travel at extreme caution
If the number of bogies isolated reduce braking to less then 50% what is the speed procedure
The train is to be declared disabled
How would you try to locate a defective door?
Open and close the doors and walk along side the train to identify the chiming door stopping at rear motors to reopen and close the doors restarting the 60 second timer
