What is meant by “injunctive relief”? What are 2 rules that go along with this term?

The Board has the power to take action against those not licensed as psychologists who are practicing psychology. They may take action even without proof of harm (“proof of damages”). Any actions by the Board would be in addition to (not instead of) criminal prosecution of those who practice psychology without a license.
