What is the standard re: disclosure of investigatory files by the Board?
The Board, its executive administrator or director, or the Office of the Attorney General, may disclose to any licensing or disciplinary authority or other law enforcement, prosecutorial, or judicial authority, any information in the investigatory files of the Board. This way, the Board can cooperate with investigations and inquiries of other Boards. This protects the public.
What is the standard for disclosure of records by the Board?
The Board may disclose any information contained in a record of the Board to any other health occupations regulatory board of this State or another state if the information is requested by the other agency in writing. This is specifying cooperation between licensing boards and other regulatory agencies.
