What will happen if no violation of Title 18 has been found to occur?
A
The Board will immediately order a dismissal of the charges and no further action may be taken by the Board on those specific charges. The Board shall then also expunge the record of the proceedings.

What must all decisions and orders of the Board include? Are patient/client names included in the order? How does the Board get the order to the licensee?
A
All decisions and orders of the Board must be IN WRITING and must include a statement of the findings of fact and sections of the law violated. No, patient confidentiality shall be protected and patient/client names will not be included in the order. The Board will mail the order promptly to the licensee and his/her counsel.
