Answer 1

a) provide documentation of 20 CE hours during the current RP, with not more than 10 hours in independent/ home study; complete the remainder of the CE hours by the end of the RP; and pay the reinstatement fee.
b) provide documentation of 40 CE hours for the current RP; and pay the reinstatement fee.
c) reapply for licensure!!
Note: the Board may not approve an application for reinstatement until it receives documentation of the minimum CE requirements as described above.
