= At least one/year.
The Board may hold special meetings if requested by the Secretary, the Chairman, or the quorum.
A member of the Board is entitled to compensation for each day on which the member is engaged in performing duties of the Board, and is also entitled to reimbursement.

Yes, the Board may designate one of its staff as Board administrator. This person is compensated in accordance with the budget of the Board.
