Who may petition the Board for an interpretation of the law (that is, for an interpretation of any section of Titles 10 and 18)?
A
Anyone (not just licensed psychologists), but the request must be in writing. To avoid any possible confusion or misunderstanding, the Board only acts on WRITTEN requests for such interpretation (by responding in writing).
