What are 3 rules re: examinations?
A
1) the Board shall give exams to applicants at least once a year, at the times and places determined by the Board
2) the Board shall determine the subjects, scope, form, and passing score for exams given
3) reexamination - the Board may not limit the number of times an applicant may take an exam; the applicant shall pay to the Board a reexamination fee set by the Board for each reexamination
