How and by whom is notice of a hearing by the Board given to the psychologist? When is notice given?
A
Written notice of a hearing must be sent by the Chairman of the Board to the psychologist at least 30 days before the hearing. Written notice of charges shall be served on the individual in-person, or by registered or certified mail, restricted delivery, return receipt requested.
