El uso de la palabra “all” en la expresión “to be all out of breath” es bastante común y significa “totalmente”. Vemos otro ejemplo en “I’m all confused” (Estoy totalmente confuso).

Recuerda que “una noticia” se dice “a piece of news” y nunca “a news”.
