What are three components to a hypothesis?
It has to be testable, empirical, and theoretically driven.
What does it mean by it has to be testable?
You cannot use non-evidence as evidence (ex. using reasons beyond the scientific realm and more into the spiritual).
What does it mean by it has to be empirical?
It cannot be just anecdotal (personal life stories). It has to be more than common sense.
What does it mean by theoretically driven?
Cannot be random things that have no correlation.
