- Patients with conditions that may result in hypERkalemia
- Patients on corticosteroids
- HypERtensive patients
- Fluid overloaded patients
- Use volume control device with pediatric patients

ADULT: Route & Indication Dependent
PEDS: 20ml/kg, repeat PRN; May give up to 3 boluses
