Dosages / Administration
A
- Excited Delirium: 4mg/kg IM or 2mg/kg IV
- Refractory Pain Management: ADULT & PEDS: 0.2mg/kg IN/IM/IV/IO q 10min PRN
- Pre-RSI: ADULT & PEDS: 2mg/kg IV/IO; MAY Use IM if IV/IO unattainable, double to IV/IO Dose
- Post-RSI ADULT & PEDS: 0.5mg/kg IV/IO q 10min PRN

Adverse Reactions
A
- Laryngospasm, Respiratory Depression, Hypotension or Hypertension, N/V, Hyper-salivation
- Transient Apnea with Rapid IV/IO Push
- Myoclonus during induction
