Indications
A
- Primarily indicated for use in trauma patients
- Hypovolemia
- Heat Exhaustion
- Shock

Contraindications
A
- Do Not Use in Pts with a Known Hypersensitivity to SODIUM LACTATE
- Do Not Use in Pts for the Treatment of Lactic Acidosis or Severe Metabolic Acidosis
- Do Not Use in Pts for the Treatment of Alkalosis or Pts at Risk for Alkalosis
- Do Not Use in Pts with Severe Renal Impairment, Hypervolemia, Overhydration, or Conditions that May Cause Sodium and/or Potassium Retention, Fluid Overload, or Edema

- Hypersensitive pts
- Fluid overload pts
- Use Voume Control Device with PEDS Pts
- Use with particular caution to neonates and infants <6months of age

Dosages / Administration
A
- ADULT: Route and Indication Dependent
2. PEDS: 20mL/kg; repeat PRN; Max of 3 Infusions if Inadequate Perfusion
