Onset of 5-30mg / Decreasing by 1/7th over 7days

Indications
A
- Suspected ischemic chest pain
2. Suspected Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS)

Contraindications
A
- Pts with known allergy to salicsylates
2. Possible hemorrhagic stroke

Precautions
A
- Pts taking anti-coagulants
- Pts with active ulcer disease
- Pts with asthma

Dosages / Administration
A
- ADULT: Non-enteric coated162mg or, if not already taking ASA, 324 or 325mg (chewing is preferred)
- PED: Contact Mary Bridge

None in the non-allergic pt with Rx Field Dosage
