Precautions
A
- Newborns
- Patients with neuromuscular diseases such as myasthenia graves or myasthenia syndrome may have prolonged periods of paralysis

Dosage / Administration
A
Paralysis maintenance:
ADULT: 0.015mg/kg IV/IO push q 30-60min PRN
PEDS: 0.05mg/kg IV/IO push q 20-30min PRN
