Hypersensitivity to medication/class/compound

Precautions
A
- Pts with impaired liver function
- Pregnancy
- Prolonged QT syndrome/QT>500ms on ECG

Dosages / Administration
A
DOSAGES:
- ADULTS: 8mg ODT or 4mg IM or SLOW IV Push
- PEDS: >11years old 8mg ODT or 4mg SLOW IV Push. CONTACT Mary Bridge.
- PEDS: 4-11years old 4mg ODT or 0.15mg/kg up to 4mg SLOW IV Push. CONTACT Mary Bridge.
ADMINISTRATION:
- ODT: Place on the tongue immediately after opening blister pack. Handle with dry hands only. Do not cut or crew. Administration with water is not necessary. Tablet is fragile and will dissolve in seconds on tongue.
- IM: Administer undiluted intramuscularly as a single injection for adults
- IV: Administer undiluted in not less than 30sec, preferable over 2-5min

Adverse Reactions
A
HA, Hypoxia, Pyrexia, Dizziness, Agitation, Puritus, Anaphylaxis, Bronchospasm, Extrapyramidal Reactions, Oculogyric Crisis.
