A congenital abnormality of the small bowel where the remnant of the vitello-intestinal duct remains

2 inches long, and is 2 feet proximal to the caecum

During infancy and toddler age (before 2 years old)

Painless rectal bleeding
Abdominal pain
Constipation
Symptoms of

Gold standard - 99mTC scan
