Streptococcal infection
Staphylococcal infection
Scarlet fever

A

Fever for more than 5 days plus 4 out of the 5 following criteria:
- Changes to extremities
- Rash
- Cervial lymphadenopathy
- Non-exudative conjunctivitis
- Lip and mouth changes
