- Acts as SOL - CPA syndrome: 80% of CPA tumours
- Association with NF2

A
- slow onset, unilateral SNHL, tinnitus ± vertigo
- Headache (raised ICP)
- CN palsies:5,7 and 8
- Cerebellar signs
