DO SO is formal. In informal, we use DO IT/THAT.
In informal, use only DO.

In formal speech and writing we use SUCH+A/AN (countable) or SUCH+noun (uncountable).

Such behavior is unacceptable in most schools.
I know of no such plans. (no plans of this kind)
We were the first department to introduce such a scheme. (a scheme like that).
