Field Guide: is used by First Responders to increase awareness of potential hazards, identify structural components and accurately report details at the scene.Risk Mgmt Guide: is used by Command Chiefs who are tasked with assessing the compromise of the structure from the info provided, and to subsequently decide whether to commit resources & First Responders, whether to remove weight from the bridge & when to activate rescue or evacuation procedures.
